江苏徐淮地区徐州农业科学研究所(m6体育、中国农业科学院甘薯研究所)院(所)长,兼任农业农村部甘薯生物学与遗传育种重点实验室主任、国家甘薯产业技术体系首席科学家、国家重点研发计划项目“双子叶杂粮高效育种技术与品种创制”首席专家、国家甘薯育种联合攻关首席专家、中国农业科学院第八届学术委员会委员、中日韩三国甘薯研究会指导委员会副主席、第六届中国作物学会甘薯专业委员会副会长、中国农业科学院和江苏师范大学博士生导师。享受国务院“政府特殊津贴”,江苏省有突出贡献中青年专家。
